Ocean Bullet Journal Theme – July 2018
July is the month of hot days, swimming pools, popsicles, and vacations. I decided to commemorate this month in my bujo with an ocean bullet journal theme. We aren’t actually taking a vacation this year because we moved four hours north instead. Despite this, a girl can dream. In my dreams, I’m laying on the beach, sipping fruity drinks, and enjoying the sound of waves hit the sand. My ocean bullet journal theme is probably the closest I’ll get the ocean this year, but it’s good enough for me. I’m excited about starting my new job and enjoying settling into our new home.
Ocean Bullet Journal Spreads
I started out my ocean bullet journal theme with my own interpretation of that beach scene, complete with palm trees and fruity drink. The ocean theme stickers are available in my Etsy shop.
Next up is my monthly spread. I used my Tombow Dual Brush Pens for all of my spreads.
This month, I went with a one-page gratitude and tried a new way of doing my trackers. I’m tracking my am & pm self-care, anxiety level, lesson planning, blog writing, and general writing with calendars. I put my mood tracker at the bottom of the page with space to just add a word that described my mood for the day. I’m interested to see how this works out. I really loved my mood tracker last month, but I think this might give me more diversity. We will see!
And then my first weekly! It’s changed so much from the last time I shared my weekly layout. This is the beauty of bullet journaling. It changes as our needs change.
