Meal Plan and Grocery List Printable
We’re moving this weekend. Saturday will be the beginning of our new adventure up in Northern Illinois where I will start my middle school ELA teaching career. I am looking forward to getting my teach on, but not really the whole having to cook again thing. For the past three years, we have been living with my in-laws while I went to school to get my Master’s Degree. Now, we are going to be on our own again. For the first time in three years, I’m going to need to know what the deal is with dinner, so I created this meal plan and grocery list to get started.
Meal Plan Printable
The meal plan printable will give you space to plan for 7 dinners, breakfast, lunch, and extras. You can see here that I have my first week planned. I’m keeping life super simple and using my resources. I’m having some old standbys and some new goodies from Mashup Mom.
Sunday: Bratwurst & Corn
Monday: BBQ Chicken & Fruit
Wednesday: Italian Sausage & Veggies Packets
For breakfast, we’re sticking with super easy and going with cereal and oatmeal. For lunch, we’ll have leftovers and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Extras this week will be chips and a variety of fruit to supplement our lunches and snacks.
Grocery List Printable
The grocery list printable is split into six sections. These are Fruits & Veggies, Meat & Fish, Breads & Cereal, Canned & Dry, Dairy & Cold, and Frozen Foods. I’m hoping that this layout with help you to get through your grocery shopping quickly and effectively.
